Experienced Lawn Care Tech Wanted

We’re looking for a dependable, experienced lawn care technician who can work independently, lead a small crew when needed, and keep equipment running in the field.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in lawn care / landscaping
• Able to work solo with minimal supervision
• Experience managing or leading a small crew
• Knowledge of commercial lawn equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment in the field
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and property maintenance
• Operating commercial lawn equipment safely
• Leading crew members on assigned jobs
• Diagnosing and repairing minor equipment issues onsite
• Providing professional and courteous customer service
• Maintaining quality standards and productivity
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Communicating professionally with customers and management
